The dishes are based on the season and the availability of processed products. LUISES Menu delights you every day of the week with a changing regional and seasonal 4-course menu + aperitif and petit fours. The menu is prepared with finely selected products from the region’s forests, meadows and vegetable gardens. The purely vegetarian, plant-based menu can be deliberately supplemented with daily changing meat, fish or shellfish alternatives or enjoyed in vegan form.
