During this retreat, yoga teacher and sports scientist Christine Bielecki shows us how we can playfully strengthen our deep muscles with yoga. This protects us from falls, alleviates and prevents back pain and improves our posture. Experience how activity and relaxation go hand in hand and what effects a stable body also has on our mental well-being. All this amidst the impressive panorama and cozy atmosphere of the Luisenhöhe. The retreat includes 7 yoga sessions of approx. 1.5 hours each.
