Your four-legged friend is welcome, but we ask for your understanding that a separate request is required, as we have a limited number of rooms/suites reserved for our guests with dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Dogs are welcome in the bar area and on our panorama terrace.

Our GesundKunft^® SPA is exclusively accessible for our hotel guests, i.e. free access to pool, steam bath, saunas and fitness room. For more information, please visit our website.

The Luisenhöhe is a non-smoking hotel. We therefore ask for your understanding that we do not offer any rooms for smokers in the indoor area. In the outdoor area our garden terrace is available for smokers.

Directly at the hotel you will find our underground car park, which is connected to the hotel by an underground gallery access. The parking space in the underground garage is included in the scope of services for overnight guests.

We accept the following payment methods:
EC, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard and cash (up to a maximum of 10.000€).

Foreign currency: Payment in foreign currencies is not possible.

Our 25m outdoor pool with a picturesque view of the Black Forest is an unforgettable experience at any time of year with its swimming area, its 4 bubble loungers, the splash and neck shower and the 3 massage jets. The pool is sustainably heated by our geothermal probes, ensuring a pleasant and soothing water temperature of approx. 27°C to approx. 31°C all year round, depending on the season.

The local tourist tax is 1,70€ per person (from 16 years) per night.

We will be happy to organize a personal transfer for you from or to Freiburg main station. We ask for your understanding if this requires a minimum lead time of 24h before arrival/departure.

The GesundKunft^®-SPA is available to you free of charge from 2 pm on the day of arrival and all day on the day of departure.
